Organisational support and advice

• Supporting you throughout the participatory design of your Theory of Change, your organisational or institutional identity,

• Identifying obstacles or constraints to social and organisational change, and analysing how best to build long-lasting and efficient relationships,

Trainings, Education and Awareness-Raising

We offer learning modules tailored to your needs and your context. These can be organised as participatory (knowledge) exchange workshops, trainings, contextual simulations on topics that are key to your organisational development... We co-elaborate and co-conceive their format so that these best suit your rhythm and your availabilities.

Conflict Mediation and Resolution

How best to reflect on the ways and modalities of living together? How can you implement, develop and foster constructive relationships within your ecosystem? How do you rise above situations that have become stuck, latent conflicts? How can you enable dialogue around issues that have become divisive or limiting within your organisation, collective or community?

We co-conceive, co-develop and co-produce analyses and studies intended for your teams, partners, funders or a general audience. We use participatory methods and empirical qualitative research. We offer our expertise on topics ranging social impact, calls for projects, diagnosis - we make use of innovative approaches and techniques such as collective intelligence, participatory co-learning and action-research.
