Rosie Westerveld
Dr Rosie Westerveld is the founder of Partenariats Citoyens. She has a PhD in political sociology, international development and management; as a consultant and trainer on social justice, she has specialised on topics ranging collective and community organising, education, power relations and inequalities and participatory management.

Trained in project management and public policy evaluation, Rosie has collaborated with charities, associations, NGOs and multilateral organisations on topics related to power, privilege and partnerships - how do you live, work, cooperate, exist, invent, dream and project yourself together with others?
Rosie offers an empathic presence and analysis to address issues relating to social justice and collective and community organising. Her extensive experience in action-research has enabled her to work abroad (Africa, Asia, Latin America) and in Europe/UK on projects requiring a dynamic and innovative approach to 'real-life problems' with 'real people'.

She has worked on issues of violence, inequalities and domination, education and alternatives pedagogies, the integration and institutionalisation/mainstreaming of the gender approach in social organisations, intra- and inter-organisational power issues, experiences of exclusion, community relations.
